A tentative agreement has been reached between Delaware County commissioners and the union representing merit officers in the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office concerning overtime pay from the early days of the pandemic in 2020.
The amount of money and other details of in the settlement were not released Tuesday by James King, president of the commissioners, or Sgt. David Williams, president of United Auto Workers Local 321, the union that filed the grievance.
