UAWD Members & Supporters Meeting

Join us at the January Members and Supporters Meeting this Sunday, January 22, at 3:00 PM EST! The meeting will take place over Zoom. Please email [email protected] for the link. All are welcome, including UAWD members and non-members.
The meeting will last approximately one hour. We’ll be discussing:
- IEB Runoff Elections: Our number one priority is getting Shawn Fain for UAW President and Daniel Vicente for Region 9 Director over the finish line! Ballots were mailed this past Thursday, so keep an eye on your mail this week.
- Winning Strong Contracts in the Big Three and Beyond: 2023 will be a critical year for the UAW. Contracts are expiring in Ford, GM and Stellantis this September. What are your contract priorities, and how can we prepare for a potential strike? We’ll also discuss plans for the UAW Bargaining Convention, which will be held in Detroit on March 27-29.
- Local Updates: What’s new in your local union? What issues are you facing, and what fights are you involved in?
