Webinar: The Legal Rights of Union Stewards

This class will be led by an experienced labor lawyer and a former UAW shop committee member. All UAW members are welcome, whether you’re on a shop committee or a rank-and-file member looking to get more involved.
The class will cover topics including: the rights of stewards in investigations and disciplinary meetings, how to write a grievance and conduct a thorough investigation, duty of fair representation, and how to use member power to resolve grievances.
