UAWD Membership Meeting

It’s time for UAWD’s last quarterly Membership Meeting of 2022! Please save the date for Sunday, December 11, at 3:00 PM ET. UAWD members will receive an email with more information.
UAWD’s current bylaws, platform, and resolutions were approved by UAWD members at previous Membership Meetings. Per Article IV of the UAWD bylaws, in addition to any business brought by the Steering Committee, each Membership Meeting will consider new business brought by any UAWD member.
To propose platform amendments or membership resolutions: All proposed amendments to the platform or proposed membership resolutions should be submitted to [email protected] by 11:59 PM on the proposed extended deadline of Wednesday, December 7, to be considered. All proposals will be circulated in advance of the meeting.
To propose bylaws amendments: Per Article IX of the UAWD bylaws, proposed bylaws amendments may be introduced at a Membership Meeting and must receive a second at that meeting. Such proposals are then eligible to be considered at the following Membership Meeting. Please submit your proposals to [email protected].
As a reminder, the UAWD Steering Committee currently has an open Member at Large position, the election for which will be held after any runoff election for the International Executive Board.
